1 Year Free Replacement Warranty

-What this warranty covers.
HALO BACK warrants to the original backer of this HALO BACK product that the product shall be free of defects in function, materials and workmanship.

-What the coverage period is.
HALO BACK provides 1-year warranty for all products ordered on this website. You can request a replacement for the products within a year of the date of purchasing.

-What is the content?
During the warranty period, HALO BACK will replace any defective product purchased on this website free of charge (except for shipping charges for the product) with an identical HALO BACK product. In the event that HALO BACK is unable to replace the product with an identical HALO BACK product (for example, because it has been discontinued), HALO BACK will offer either a refund or provide a replacement of another product from haloback.com in an amount equal to the purchase price of the product as evidenced on the original backer information and as discounted by its natural use.

-What is not covered by this warranty?
All above warranties are null and void if the HALO BACK product is not provided to HALO BACK for inspection upon request at the sole expense of the backer, or if HALO BACK determines that the HALO BACK product has been improperly installed, altered in any way or tampered with. This limited warranty does not protect against acts of God such as flood, earthquake, war, vandalism, theft, normal-use wear and tear, erosion, depletion, obsolescence, abuse, or damage due to power disturbances.

-How it works
1.Send email to support@haloback.com and provide the following information:
a.Picture evidence of the defective HALO BACK product, if the problem is about the material; Or video evidence of the defective HALO BACK product, if the problem is about the function.
b.Your order number and basic personal information.
c.The type of product you purchased;
d.the shipping address in your order;
e.the date of your purchase. 
2. HALO BACK Customer Service Representative will then instruct you on how to proceed with your claim.

-Shipping charges and returning request
Backer in US pays a $5.95 shipping and handling charge for the replacement product.
International Backer pays a $9.95 shipping and handling charge for the replacement product.

Please make sure return the damaged product to HALO BACK within sixty (60) days.

 


General Information about Shipping Times and Other Information

Once you place an order on our website, the order will be processed and shipped within 2 business days. Exceptional events might cause your order to be delayed a few more days.

We generally process and ship orders from Monday to Friday. Orders placed on Saturday, Sunday, major holidays and/or company closures will not be fulfilled until the following business day.

Every fulfilled order will automatically receive a tracking number within 1 to 3 business days (contact us after 3 days if no tracking).

 


Wrong Item

Please contact us at support@haloback.com with pictures of the packaging, the product you received and your order confirmation email. If you receive a package that was not the ordered product, we may have you send it back to us. We will send you a new item as replacement.

 


Defective / Damaged On Arrival

Following the warranty, we will replace items that are considered defected. Defects are defined as imperfections or flaws that are produced by a manufacturing error.
The issues the warranty does not cover:

  • Accidental drops, installation failures, normal wear and tear, etc. caused by the owner are not covered under this warranty.
  • Cracks caused by excessive pressure is not covered under this warranty.
  • Damage to our customers’ devices is not covered under this warranty.

Inappropriate Installation

The warranty does not cover any defective issues caused by inappropriate installation since our HALO BACKs are applied by our customers and not us. We cannot guarantee that HALO BACKs will be applied to our customers’ satisfaction, even though the installation is assisted by our positioning tabs. Return Policy

Please contact us at support@haloback.com prior to returning the product, otherwise we might not issue a refund. Please  include your order confirmation email and a description of the issue you are having in your email.

We do not pay for return shipping under normal circumstances. 
We will not be responsible if we do not receive the order back.
