1 Year free replacement warranty

What is covered by this warranty.

HALO BACK guarantees to the original supporters of the HALO BACK product that the product is free from defects in functionality, materials and workmanship.

 

What is the insurance period.

HALO BACK is backed by a one-year warranty for all products ordered on this website. You can apply for a replacement product within one year of the purchase date.

 

What is the content?

During the warranty period, HALO BACK will replace any defective products purchased on this website for free with the same HALO BACK product (except for shipping charges for the product). If HALO BACK is unable to replace the product with the same HALO BACK product (for example, because it has been discontinued), HALO BACK will provide a refund or provide a certain number of other product replacements from haloback.com equal to the product purchase price as evidenced in the original supporter information. , as well as discounts for its natural use.

 

What does this warranty not cover?

If the HALO BACK product is not provided to HALO BACK for inspection upon request, and HALO BACK determines that the HALO BACK product is not installed correctly, or is altered or tampered with in any way. Working principle

1. Send an email to support@haloback.com with the following information:

  • Evidence of a defective HALO BACK product if the problem is with the material; or video evidence of a problematic HALO BACK product if the problem is related to the function.
  • Your order number and basic personal information.
  • The type of product you purchased;
  • The shipping address in the order;
  • The date you purchased.

2. The HALO BACK Customer Service Representative will guide you on how to proceed with your claim.

In the United States, shipping and return applications Backer pays $5.95 for shipping and replacement product handling fees.

 

International Backer pays $9.95 for shipping and replacement products.

Be sure to return the damaged product to HALO BACK within sixty (60) days.

 

General information about shipping times and other information

Once you place an order on our website, the order will be processed and shipped within 2 business days. Exceptions can cause your order to be delayed for a few more days.

We usually process and send orders from Monday to Friday. Orders on Saturdays, Sundays, major holidays and/or company closures will not be completed by the next business day.

Each fulfilled order will automatically receive the tracking number within 1 to 3 business days (if there is no tracking, please contact us after 3 days).

  

Wrong item

Please contact us by email to support@haloback.com and provide a package image, product and order confirmation email you received. If the package you received is not a ordered product, we may need you send it back to us. We will send you a new item as a replacement.

  

Defective/damaged upon arrival

After the warranty, we will replace the product that are considered defective. Defects are defined as defects or flaws caused by manufacturing errors.

Issues not covered by the warranty:

  • Due to accidental fall caused by the owner, installation failure, normal wear and so on are not covered by this warranty.
  • Cracks due to excessive pressure are not covered by this warranty.
  • This warranty does not cover damage to customer equipment.

 

Improper installation

Since our customers have applied our HALO BACK instead of us, the warranty does not cover any defective issues due to improper installation. Even if the installation is assisted by our Positioning tab, we cannot guarantee that HALO BACK will be suitable for customer satisfaction. Please contact us at support@haloback.com before returning, otherwise we may not refund.
